This post will cover the weekend period from the end of trial Friday evening to early Sunday evening, when new incentives will be announced. No murders will take place over this time.

[ Once everyone has been moved to the ballroom for dinner, Altman stands up and clears his throat. He's still not quite out of his shock, and having already fortified himself with a quick, large, glass of wine he's speaking a little slowly. ]

I realize some things about me came up during the trial that seemed... weird or concerning. It's a complicated situation to explain, but I'm not a hazard to people around me. I just wanted to get that out there, since I know at least a couple of people--

[ He sighs and rubs his face. ]

I drew some weird stuff in my room, and it was added to evidence. I'm sorry if it's creepy, so... Yeah. I'm not crazy. I'm not going to snap and kill anyone.

[ And he immediately sits back down and pours himself more wine. ]

Friday

Post-trial, after dinner and dessert
( Someone mentioned drinks. Some people here could use a drink. So come on down to the bar and have a few. Minors might be humored with a glass of something non-alcoholic before being sent off for the night. )

Saturday

Kitchen, 3PM
( On Saturday, he actually sleeps until late in the afternoon. Not only does he miss breakfast (as usual), he even misses lunch which is probably why he's tossing so many things onto the stove and working on what looks like a rather large lunch. When he notices he isn't alone, he'll look up from his work and ask, )

Chapel, 9AM
( Having finished up inside, Spain can currently be found outside. He kneels down in front of one of the graves, turning a flower absentmindedly in his hand before setting it down. )

Outside the Chapel, Saturday morning, 7am

[as is wearily becoming routine, Belarus can be found digging outside the Chapel once again. Having started at around 6 she's about halfway done with the first one and has planted a second shovel where the next will be, in recognition of those who usually appear to help.

Anyone checking Ukraine's grave will find it has now gained a sunflower, swaying peacefully in the morning breeze, in addition to the pitchfork]

Ballroom, Saturday morning

[Yuzu is... silent, as she picks at her breakfast almost mechanically. Her eyes are red and puffy, like she hasn't slept much; it's clear her mind is elsewhere.]

Study, Sunday

[anyone dropping by the study will find Yuzu has seemingly found a different book to read and take notes from... the notebook full of information on the other guests, to be precise.

She still looks exhausted; coffee seems to be the only thing keeping her awake here]

[On Saturday in the Parlor, much like prior days of Week 3, Kanaya can be found working on a sketch pad. Unlike those days, this time the activity is agitating instead of soothing her. If it weren't for the parlor's soundproofing, you could likely hear the soft THUD of the pad hitting the carpeted floor when she throws it out of frustration.

Sunday in the Study her mood is not much better. She's come here to brush up on her chemistry but the frustration on her face suggests the field does not come naturally to her.]

[At 1 PM, the grandfather clock in the foyer chimes. The display stand placed in the foyer last week is still there, but the card on it has been replaced by a new placard.]

Money isn't everything. There are just some things you can't buy, right? Whether it's because you can't afford it or because it simply doesn't exist yet, we all have that unfulfilled desire for something we just can't get a hold of.

Well, no longer! The kind folks at [illegible smudge] have been following your adventures in this mansion with eager eyes and have generously decided to fund your next incentive. In your rooms, you'll find an object you've been searching for: a priceless artifact, a lost treasure, a cure, a holy grail...nothing is beyond our reach. Whatever it is you want can now be yours for a low, low price. Of course, you'll only be allowed to remove and keep said object if you can get away with murder.

Popularity rankings have now been published in the drawing room, along with the extra prizes being given out this week! As always, culprits will receive the opportunity to retire OR one free requested item for use in future crimes. Culprits who choose not to retire will have the opportunity to compete for personalized prizes!

[If you open the cabinet in your room, you'll find that some of the liquor bottles have vanished to make room for an object you've been dying to obtain. If you haven't been looking for a specific object, whatever's in your cabinet can be something you didn't even know existed - a resurrection potion, a lost treasure, and so on. Cards with a description of the item have been provided if you don't recognize what is in your cabinet. You will not be able to remove the object or use it in any way unless you commit and get away with murder.]

[At 1 PM, a list and an attached list of tools will be posted on the door leading into the smoking room.]

IMMUNITY

Players who are immune will not be considered valid targets! If they are killed, no prizes will be awarded and no trial will be held! Immune players can still commit crimes and may still be considered suspects! In addition to immunity, each of these players will be granted a secret compartment in their room!

These players need to step it up! Our audience is not interested in seeing more from them at this rate. Maybe it's time for them to stop being dead boring and start being dead! Any culprit who attempts to kill one of these players will be able to choose two prizes from the attached list beforehand OR the ability to nullify the target's special abilities before the kill! Of course, getting to keep the prize means going through with killing one of these players! Simply let us in on the plan in the privacy of your own room, and your prizes will be delivered to you!

In addition, players who kill deadweight characters will also receive last week's unclaimed prize of being able to change any moment in their past!

[ Ignoring the incentive and her status as deadweight because... yeah...

According to the calendar here, it's her birthday. This makes it more than half a year early, considering that in her world, it's April, but a birthday is a birthday. She'd be 18 today if the clock was entirely right. 18 is actually nothing special in her country; drinking, driving, smoking, and tank-operating privileges are all rewarded far earlier in life, so at least this isn't a milestone birthday for her, unlike 27. Oh, boy. 27. (Don't ask what happens when you turn 27 in Novoselic).

So she's out by the pond, by herself, eating cake and reading. It wouldn't do to bring up her birthday right after a trial; she doesn't want to be selfish when the emotions of other people are running high. But she's wearing a handmade party hat with the traditional Novoselican birthday symbol on it. ]
