[Saturday begins much like Friday, with no further answers provided, and no means of escape. However, at 3 PM on Saturday, the old grandfather clock in the foyer begins to chime. From the foyer, the ballroom doors stand open, and the room is bright with sunshine. Soft, dreamy music plays from a radio inside.

Inside the ballroom, what seems to be a magnificent party is laid out. There is a buffet table laden with finger foods - vegetables and dips, finger sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and cheeses. Next to the table are glasses filled with wine, champagne, or juice. Most of the room is empty, with room to stand and talk, although towards the windows looking out on the courtyard are six tables with five place settings each, set for a larger meal.

And then there's a seventh table, at the back of the room, on which are thirty small notebooks. Inside, the notebooks appear to be some sort of album, with each page containing a picture of and information about your fellow guests.

After everyone has filed in, the doors shut and lock behind the final guest; the doors to the courtyard close as well. You'll have some time to talk amongst yourself, for it will be another hour of dining before anyone else appears]

Oh? Huh. Do you want me to know which aspect of yours to ignore-- or, I haven't actually read yours yet at all, I could just respect your privacy...

It's fine, since it's out in the open anyway. They mismarked my gender and, ah... quite wholly exaggerated one of my skills. Medicine is my area of expertise, and while I had to train with a sword under my father's tutelage, I don't believe it's an area I excel in. [should Kanaya check the page now or later, she'll find that Kaoru had said nothing about the super-human abilities listed therein.

but then just HEADSHAKES RIGHT ALONG because yep, creepy set up here.] The customized wardrobes do seem a little... ominous, now. More so than before.

O-oh... I see. [...] My own section is entirely accurate, just for the record...

But anyway [sort of decisively moving forward] it's seeming more and more likely this has been planned for a long time.

It seems that most people aren't having issues, outside of a vocal few. [which is why Kaoru hasn't said anything, who wants to get lumped into that group...

but moving on as well!] The question, I suppose, would be how long. They must either have an impressive intelligence network, or... a rather obsessive tendency to collect information.

Mm-hmmm. Could our captor be working alone or are there multiple parties behind this incident?

[a somewhat lengthy pause, because really, who wants to admit aloud that they've tripped right into a huge plot like this?]

With a set-up this large, I'm inclined to believe the latter, unfortunately.

I suppose that's something we'll find out in time. Hopefully it won't be... too disastrous an occasion.
