Poland - Grounds towards Chapel - 10 am

[There are people and body parts literally all over the house, so Poland will start to make his way outside to get away from it for a moment. He hadn't found any severed limbs yet himself, but given his issues with stomach weakness that was probably for the best.

Although if there's limbs chilling out by the chapel as well that will be terrible.]

[Lithuania is outside, too, though with the reasoning that with so many people searching inside something outside might have been missed. When he sees Poland, though, he catches up with him.]

Found anything yet?

[Why can't everyone who dies have a robot body.]

Oh um. No, not really. I was like, kinda better at this last week I think.

Today is really--a mess. [Pun not intended.] At least they didn't cut Miss Rin into pieces.

I don't think it would have been as bad if they did it to Rin.

... [This isn't working Poland's starting to feel sick anyways.]

So... I guess you haven't found all of her yet then?

Not yet. Someone put a hand in the foyer--it was in ice, so I think someone must have moved it there. [He moved the leg there, so he can't really say anything about that.]

I thought I'd look outside. [Starting with the chapel, which he's staring at the door of now.]

... Latvia thinks she's inside.

...Only one way to find out.

[Lithuania opens the door to the chapel to search inside.]

[Poland follows wordlessly.]

[Whether there are limbs or not you, know who else is chilling by the chapel? This kid. Well, not so much chilling as pacing back and forth in front of the entrance looking like he's about to burst into tears.

At the sounds of Poland's footsteps he snaps his head up]

Um... Y-you haven't seen Miss Belarus anywhere, have you?

[This kid couldn't be more in denial if he tried]

[Augh... Latvia. Poland averts looking at him, it's too hard to tell him looking like that.]

... L-lithuania thinks he might have seen her in the library.

Just. Not... alive....

[balzams]

Don't even joke about that!

[Even though he raises his voice it's clearly not out of anger. After that he goes surprisingly quiet again]

She's... D-did he...

Did he find the rest of her...?

I'm not! I'm not... joking-- [He's really bad at this.]

...I dunno.

What do you mean by that...?

W-what did Lithuania find?

... a leg. A woman's leg.

And Susan said there was blood in um. Belarus' room.

[Context clues, Latvia.]

[He expression becomes frantic and then he averts his gaze completely, staring as far away from Poland as he can. Even though he tries to remain calm, Latvia's voice is shaking]

I-I was with Miss Sto Helit when we looked in her room. I... I had been waiting for her that morning.

And then... and then when I went out to look for her there was a hand in the fountain. I didn't want to believe it was hers but...

Sh-She might still be okay! She visits the chapel a lot so she might just be inside!

... But I'm scared of what I might find if I go in.

I can go and check... you know. For you. So you don't have to.

[The chapel itself is fairly ordinary - one Bible seems to have fallen to the ground, but otherwise nothing looks disturbed. However, at the base of the fence, outside the chapel, there is something charred looking on the ground.]

[After checking out the Chapel, Poland wanders over to walk the perimeter of the fence. Belarus spent time digging around the fence when they first met. Maybe she really wasn't cut up and strewn about the manor. Maybe she'd just gotten stuck in a hole...

Seeing the charred something, he bends down to see what it could be.]

[productions]

[It's a blackened leg, like it has been burned or fried somehow. There is a small pile of ash in the grass nearby. The leg is missing a foot.]

O-oh--!! [Poland stumbles backwards from the limb, throwing his hands tightly over his nose and mouth to block out the scent of burnt flesh.





Maybe he should have been less harsh on Kanaya. The crime was definitely less hideously disgusting last week.]

[After a long moment, Poland takes off his over coat and tries to maneuver the charred limb on to it so he can take it back to the house with out touching it.

And... then hesitantly goes to look at the small pile of ash.]

[There's nothing particularly noteworthy about it, it's just sitting there near the charred limb, but being scattered by the breeze.]

[Poland studies the fence, wondering if the limb was thrown up against it to make it so charred.

And maybe to put off the inevitable fact that he has to transport a freaking charred limb all the way back to the house.]

[There's nothing to indicate whether or not that happened. It doesn't seem impossible.]
