murder manor - reunion

[You are in a darkened theater.
In front of you is an enormous cinema screen. On it plays video of the manor, accompanied by appropriate sound effects and background instrumentals when fitting. The seat you're sitting on is large and plush, and while there's many of them, there's enough room in the theatre for you to fully recline the seat into a comfortable bed if you wish.
Follow the stairs up and you'll reach what should be the projection room. There are no projectors in here, however; it is simply a large and well-lit room above the main seating area, and a good place to hang out with your fellow eliminated contestants if shouting at each other across the aisles proves too much to handle.
If you leave the theatre through the door in the back, you'll find yourself in a hall. On one end is a concession stand. It's stocked with standard movie snacks - popcorn, candy and the like - but if you're feeling the urge for something else, you'll be able to find it stocked somewhere in the back. On the other end is a table with thirty wrapped bags and a placard reading 'A star for our stars! Please accept these lovely giftbags as a token of appreciation for your hard work, sponsored by [illegible smudge]'. Each bag has a tag bearing the name of someone in the mansion; you will only be able to open the bag with your name on it. As soon as you open it, any memories that have been taken from you, including those of the other people in the mansion that you may have forgotten, will be returned in their entirety. Within the bag are also objects from your home that you may want for your stay here, though you will find no weapons.
There are no other doors in the hall save for the one leading back into the theatre room. There are also no windows; it is impossible to tell where you are and what is going on in the outside world. Any attempts to break out will fail. So in the meantime, why not sit back and enjoy the show?]
Murder Manor reunion week has begun! The next week will take place outside the game (and will not be remembered by the living characters). Once the week is over, the living characters will be right back where they left off, Sunday night in the manor.
All the dead characters and eventually all living characters will participate in this week, through Belarus and Yuzu will just be empty shells who cannot interact with the others. Dead characters (except Lithuania, who never arrived) will all be in the theater from the beginning, whereas living characters will only be brought in once specifically introduced, and will be given their memories at that time.
During the times when Doris is taking questions, characters will not be able to talk about things that are 'off topic.' They can talk and reunite with one another, but need to focus on things relevant to that week or topic of discussion. Any time they get off topic, they will find themselves stuck trying to make the words come out of their mouth and will simply trail off. There will be breaks where characters can talk without this restriction, but the same will happen to anyone who, at any time, starts trying to talk about anything to do with there being a Mastermind or player to benefit from the game or planted player who isn't Lithuania. Codes and other attempts to get around this rule will still result in trailing off.
The Eighth Week
[A video plays.]
Tense stuff, and that's not even considering that tense body discovery scene.
[Another video]
And then the trial! The debate over the crossbow, the faked clock revelation, the letter!
[A few videos - the crossbow debate, the faked clock revelation, the letter.]
But everything really picked up towards the end! Sonia's defense, her confession, the drama!
[A few more clips play - the defense that culminated in a confession, and the post trial discussions.]
Tragic, but beautiful. We received a lot of letters about this one! So, let's hear from Sonia and Poland. Have you managed to repair your friendship? Any regrets, either of you?
Lithuania, this was a big shock to you, as well. How did you feel while all this was happening.
Everyone else, what did you think about Sonia's ignominious end?

He answers anyway, though.]
It was my fault.

I am not going to participate in this.

Spain won't answer any questions either. But he'll tense up, as if ready to react at any moment, and then cast a glance in Poland's direction to see how he'll respond. This is tough when he considers both to be his friends. )

He's busy tearfully cramming every edible thing within the vicinity of his seat into his mouth.
Everything about week eight is upsetting.]

What's so great about him dying? What's so noble about Sonia getting duped?
He's not mad at her for it anymore at least but-- Why is everyone else so impressed? Why didn't anyone get mad or hate her even for a little bit?
He'd spent weeks pushing aside his selfishness and trying hard so no one else would have to die, so no one else would have to kill, and so the game could just end.
For what? So everyone could be completely okay with him dying over a misguided -- as Kanaya put it-- "fuck you" to Lithuania instead?
Didn't he have more value than just being used like that? He wishes someone would just explain it to him, so he can understand too. All he gets is vapid looks and trailed off thoughts-- he knows it's not their fault and he's sure there's something about this he's missing because Sonia's not really a bad person and he knows she didn't want to kill him but it still sucks.
It just totally sucks.]

Le-- ...Polska.
no subject
She made me break my promise!
no subject
I shouldn't have made you make that promise.
[He shouldn't have done a lot of things that led up to that week.]
no subject
I wanted to save everyone.
I wanted to save you.

You were only trying to help everyone, and you got used as a stepping stone. I was so angry. I even called her into my room after the first day of the trial was over--I don't know what I thought I would accomplish.
[He'd said he wasn't going to hurt her, and he hadn't--and now he wasn't angry at her anymore--but at the time part of him had wanted to.]

A-ay...!
( This is Spain actually getting up and physically trying to shove more food at Poland. Maybe it's because Spain doesn't have the right words to give so he has to give something to make things better. )

( To cry, to be frustrated. )

[Because after Anastasia died and with everyone so sick, Poland really thought someone would just take things into their own hands and Spain would be next.
It was a rotten thing to think, especially after their conversation.]
no subject
...I was going to eat that.
no subject
[Nothing about that was the slightest bit understandable, even without the heavy tearful Polish accent.]
no subject
Don't just claim my food. Go get your own next time. [pulling a few boxes closer to himself!!]
no subject
G-give it back! [Tears and chewing. Without chewing there is just tears and Poland can't deal with that.]
no subject
There are more in the concession stand! [what a terrible time to have a backbone.] —What are you so upset about, anyway? You're both dead. Most of us are dead. It isn't as though one of us is more dead than the others. [...and he actually does seem to be genuinely baffled by this. as great as he is at pretending, actually understanding emotion is another thing entirely.]

People hated Kaoru for what he did to Beat.
People hated Spain for what he did to Clyde and Latvia.
People hated Touko for what she did to Belarus and Micheal.
People hated Kanaya for what she did to Rin.
Eventually the feelings passed because of the unfortunateness of their situations.
But no one ever hated Sonia for what she did to him.]
