That was nice of her. [Fussing with Poland's pillows to fluff them up a bit more. He doesn't like seeing Poland like this--Poland is supposed to be energetic all the time, not pale and half-dead.] I could bring you some water... It would be bad if you got dehydrated.

If you want...[Poland shivers and pulls his blankets up around him more. At least Lithuania wouldn't pour it down his throat.]

[vytis]

[He frowns, tugs the blankets up more around Poland, smooths them out, and then stands up.]

I'll be back in a moment.

[And he is, with water. He puts it where Poland can reach but doesn't try to force it on him. He wobbles and almost falls, but manages to catch his balance and sit down again.]

Try to drink at least a little bit, if you can.

[Poland cringes at Lithuania and his hand moves up to mask his eyes.

Moments later tears are rolling down his cheeks.]

[vytis]

[Lithuania startles visibly.] P-Poland? Are you alright? I-I mean--

[He reaches out to Poland automatically.]

[notyetlost]

[Poland reverts to Polish.] I-I'm sorry.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

[vytis]

[Lithuania switches to Polish as well.] You don't--why are you saying that? There's nothing for you to be sorry for!

[notyetlost]

I promised I wouldn't...

[Poland gives a panicked look to the wall his room shared with Anastasia's.]

[vytis]

[Lithuania follows Poland's gaze, but it takes him another moment before he catches on.]

No--no, you're not going to die. [He shifts forward enough that he can carefully pull Poland into a hug.] You'll be alright. You'll be fine.

[Poland trembles noticeably into Lithuania's chest.]

[vytis]

[Lithuania pets Poland's hair and tries to soothe him.] You aren't as sick as some of the others are. You'll get better. I don't think it'll be much longer.
