[With the fall of Monday night, the illness had finally reached its full severity for Susan. Tuesday morning finds her drawn and pale, sweat beading on her brow and movements shaky. Be that as it may, it doesn't prevent her from carrying out what she feels is her duty.

Susan appears behind May with more thin soup. Though she still walks steadily, her steps are slower than her usual brisk, efficient stride. Everyone else has received heated blankets and a hot water bottle, but for Anastasia, she's brought along cloths soaked in cold water.]

...She's probably still feverish.

If it doesn't break soon, she's going to be in danger. Running a temperature this high for longer than a day - we might have to reduce it with a cold water bath.

[pandacea]

[Her eyes widen in worry as she looks over Susan's condition.] Miss Susan, please let me take those for you! You should be getting rest!

Mmm, I can bring the icebox up if we need it. I don't think my healing alkahestry will work on this disease, but there may be some massage techniques that can help.

[Susan brushes off the concern, of course, and adjusts the tray as she reaches forward to unlock Anastasia's room.]

I'll be fine. We need to help those who are faring more poorly - Miss Romanov's the worst off, of course, but --

[The door swings open.]

[She frowns when she sees Anya still in bed and lowers her voice to a whisper.]

Miss Anya? I'm sorry to disturb you, but you should wake up and try to drink a little water or some broth please.

[Susan enters the room soundlessly and sets the tray down on Anya's table, a slight frown on her face. She'll lean down towards the splayed figure in the bed to take her temperature, but...]

She's cold.
