[Susan gives a sigh.]
Well, it's more believable than having things like the Rules or a 'matriorb' to sling about.
[She will seat herself because she's been standing too long as well.]

Something tell me it isn't even poison. We would have contracted it wether we ate the food or not.
We don't even know what the cure is! Just that murder alleviates it. It'd be a real performance if someone could even manage to go through with one while this exhausted.

[ She longingly sighs. ] This isn't even like a post-concert illness that I could easily remedy either.

I suppose the only thing to do would be to catch the Mastermind today or tomorrow. ...Not that that's likely to be possible.

Whoever it is though... don't you think they'll act fast? [ She cannot help but smirk at the prospect of it. ] Chances are they're either only mildly sick or hardly sick like us, but they still don't know if or when they'll succumb to this illness.
Maybe it's the game runners way of luring us to them.

I suppose if we monitored everyone's temperatures...

[ She frowns turning to hopefully attend to her soup before it turns too cold. ] We don't even know if being around someone who's sicker will make it worse or not.

...By the same token, I don't know if keeping hydrated and receiving the proper nutrients will be of much use against it, but it certainly can't hurt. At the very least, you ought to feel momentarily more comfortable.

[ She stares into her soup, already feeling nauseous. ]
Ginger ale with a little tequila would help right about now. Blessed... with a spell of— [ It's hard for her to properly raise her arms like she normally does, so she throws her head back for good measure. ] —longevity!

[Susan is just a stick in the mud.]
I suppose I can fetch you something from the bar if you insist. ...Although we still don't know which ones have been poisoned.
no subject
Who knows, maybe poison would actually help with this. [ She pinches her nose and takes a spoonful of soup. Rapture swallows it, closes her eyes, waits, waits, and waits some more until she's sure she's safe. ] But I'm pretty well-stocked, I'll manage.

[Susan isn't really hungry either, honestly.]
I'll leave these with you, then. [She refers to the heated blankets and the hot water bottle.] Try not to indulge too much; I'm not keen on cleaning vomit.

[ That "ancient family secret" is actually just being a rock singer and building up a tolerance thanks to after parties. She does get up and firmly wrap the blanket around her though. There seems to be something strangely comforting in performing the action... ]

You never know. Perhaps my soup is just that good.
