According to that map at least. [Not that Poland can prove it, but then he doesn't have much reason to lie at this point.]

...There's only three secret passages in the whole house?

[Susan seems surprised.]

Yeah, three passages and then that one room. I know right? I figured there'd be way more. It was kind of a disappointment, but the only other thing I cared about was the mystery box so.

Above the first floor. And then into the smoking room... Ish.

...Into the smoking room?

[Susan looks simultaneously surprised and angry before she remembers that Yuzu had probably died 10 seconds after they'd filed out, anyway.]

What do you mean, 'ish'?

There's a trap door, but it won't open.

Where is it located in the smoking room? Are the directions explicit enough?

If I were in the smoking room I could probably find it, just by looking on the map.

The directions for the church passageway didn't have a note, but I still found it. [After a slight hiccup with the door anyways.]

[Susan frowns a bit.]

The passage into the smoking room is part of the game. I don't think the Hostess would have any cause to complain if she saw you searching for it in your spare time.

...Still, perhaps a distraction is called for. ...Another full-body examination for wounds.

As long as I vote, I don't see why she'd be upset if I took a long time to do it.

I wonder if we'll be able to keep it pried open after a trial though, the door slams shut on it's own.

[Susan has to ponder on this for a few moments.]

...What would the use of a secret passage into the smoking room be? Doris said she didn't know why it was so important that it was closed, but it had to be done. Could something be going on there during the week? If so, I suppose they probably wouldn't allow it to be kept open, but... otherwise, it seems entirely useless.

Do you think the mastermind hangs out in there, like as a secret base?

...That would be a bit too obvious, wouldn't it? But if we're going to solve the mystery behind this house, we need to take any chance we can get.

...I dunno. I don't know where else they could be hanging out that we wouldn't have noticed by now. [Poland has never been all that subtle a person. It's hard for him to gauge levels of obviousness.]

So did you want to know how to get in?

Naturally. ...Are you going to share?

I need to see your face when I show you what elaborate combination of wine bottle tugging you need to do in order to get it open.

[inthebones]

...I've been very thorough. Although I suppose when there's that many bottles to attempt, it's not within the realm of possibility.

[Poland plucks the paper out of her hands and skips out of the ballroom and off to the cellar]

[Susan frowns suspiciously as she follows.]

It's going to be one in the corner I missed, isn't it. The gold foils will be in the shape of an arrow pointing down.

Seeing as how you're such an expert, I thought I'd let you handle that.

I'd like you to cast your mind back and recall that I was the one who sent you to the basement in the first place, though.

Yeah, at like ten o'clock at night all by myself? Who's brain would have been turned off then?

[Poland stops in front of the wine cellar.]

You might want to get out a pad of paper and a pen for this.

...I thought I wasn't supposed to overthink this.

[Susan has no pad or pen but she'll frown at Poland intently which probably means she's paying attention even if the frown isn't discernible from her default expression.]
