So you make your livelihood by inducing migraines and then forcing your victims to pay you to cure them afterwards. Very clever, actually.

When the doctor is in I'll get them to prescribe you something for that bitter looking puckering thing your lips do all the time.

It prevents the migraines, actually. You should try it sometime. Keep your lips in that position for about five hours or so and I can guarantee that headaches will decrease dramatically all around.
