Now, as to your question. There's no need to worry about it. We would prevent such a thing from happening, but that shouldn't impact the investigation. It wouldn't be something such as, all the meals were poisoned, all the drinks in the bar were poisoned, but we only allowed two to die from it by magic or some such nonsense.
We would simply interfere to prevent any plot that was going to be quite so sloppy. On the other hand, when you have grey areas where a plot isn't sloppy but could go wrong, I'm not entirely sure it would be handled the same way every time. But the answer that a third person was poisoned but we prevented their death would never be acceptable as a mystery for trial.
To make a long answer short, you needn't worry about this topic, hence why I did not answer. If you need to know, I will assuredly clarify.

A skeleton key has to at least be one of the tools. I don't think it would be easy to get into two rooms without it unless they followed the victims around constantly. Another is obviously the poison. The only thing about that is it's possible they found it lying around the house from somewhere that was missed in the initial dumping by Beat.
Maybe a murder weapon? The only way we would be able to tell it by clarifying the way Belarus was cut and what sort of sharp object could have been used for that.

It's still probably a good idea to check considering we've got quite a few people on the suspect list who know how to use knives quite well.

It's not that simple this time. Especially with two murders and six suspects. It's obviously not Gundam and as great of a performance it would be, I don't think it's you either. You wouldn't so blatantly kill Belarus, especially after how Minatsuki's trial turned out. I know not to underestimate your "kind," but not even you could be fooling us for that long.

Altman and Belarus were two completely different people, possibly killed in the same way, but dismembering one and not the other almost seems like they want to present a kind of... show. It's almost like it's deliberate of them to go over the top as a means of some kind of statement, quite possibly just to see how we'd react.
