Ah-- ah-- ahhh! [Poland flails his arms wildly as the man reaches for the fence, but he can't get the words out in time. He'd gotten shocked twice himself, but aside from the initial sting there was nothing indicating any severe damage.

Luckily this other man doesn't seem to be too hurt either.]
