Its unfortunate, but we need to consider making them more for other people. Especially if we're murdered, we should give those left behind to solve our deaths some idea of what they could be dealing with. ...I realized after we learned of Minatsuki's hemophilia by a stray chance of there being a book in her room on it.

...I don't think there would be any need to explain anything about my corpse, but I suppose there are a few things I should consider passing on. You're right, though. If we hadn't spent so much time on the condition of the body...

[She wonders, momentarily, if they could use the incentive to change the outcome of the last trial or if that would create some sort of paradox.]

Do you have something along those lines you need to explain, then?

Not much. Mainly this [she holds up her left wrist briefly to flash the bracelet attached to it] and some minor details about my resistance to anesthetics. I'm sure other people have more to write, but I can't force anyone to make a paper like this. Though it would be helpful, if one is willing to entertain morbidity as a reality.

Sensibility is actually rather a lot to ask from people, I've found. Lowering your expectations is probably for the best - one can never be disappointed that way.

[Susan takes a small sip from a wine-glass.]

Are you willing to tell the story of the bracelet or is that something you'd prefer to leave in the will?

...Lets just say I'm a victim of a kidnapping during an already in progress kidnapping. It's complicated.

[Even to her, considering she didn't learn the full details of her first kidnapping.]

...You don't have very good luck, do you?

If your original kidnapper kidnaps you back, would that be a third kidnapping or a rescue, do you think?

I don't know, but I can say it wouldn't make my predicament any better. The place I was in before had less people, but the circumstances were the same: a game of life and death with a mystery person behind it all.

[Susan blinks in surprise and shakes her head slightly.]

Is this in vogue now? In lieu of... Charades and Consequences in the parlor, you set people after each other with piano wire and needles dipped in thallium?
allice: sprite ((sass) Odds are she won't live)

[personal profile] allice 2013-10-08 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
Well I wouldn't call what I was in a "murder mystery" fiasco, like we're trapped in the world's most gruesome game of Clue. But it's where I got this fashionable bracelet from.

...Perhaps they'll eventually try and kidnap each other and they'll kill themselves off. It would save us a great deal of trouble.

[A slight pause]

And how were you getting on with your previous game?
allice: sprite ((sass) Odds are she won't live)

[personal profile] allice 2013-10-10 07:18 am (UTC)(link)
Well, no one was dead. I think that already makes it a vast improvement to this. But as people begin to whittle down, it should be easier and easier to see which one of us is behind all of this.

[Oh, did she mention she thinks one of the "kidnapped" is the mastermind? Cause that's important...]

...

[Susan herself had voiced something similar early on in this game.]

You think that, then? Is there evidence to show as such?
