Won't they just be even more fueled by that? Both the audiences and the game runners want drama, especially if it's the Mastermind's doing. Unless the Mastermind themselves feels threatened, I don't think we'll be seeing their confession in the next five minutes.

The audience wants a show about murder mysteries. Miss Doris said that this wasn't even being run fairly by the standards of the game--normally, my role at least has a chance at winning, but they set me up from the beginning.
I don't think the audience is going to be happy they watched a show that was a complete farce.
