I can't accept that. Whether or not you were capable of aiming properly while being telepathically flung against a wall, why wouldn't he have simply used the same telepathy to fling the kunai away? Moreover, a blade to the throat may have killed him, but certainly not immediately. Not the way he died - that expression on his face was anger, not surprise or despair.
Gundam is obviously trying to cover for you because he believes the same thing. But I'm not convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that's what happened.
Beat's eyes were red. They're not merely bloodshot. The pupils are actually red - I can't think of any drug that could cause it, but there must have been something given to him. That same person would have ensured that they were the one to commit the murder, so that they would receive the prize.
We won't stop investigating. Not until the very last second.
[She frowns in thought.] I do not believe he possessed true telekinesis. He was able to fly and use his skateboard to charge at me in midair. I am still not quite sure what the extent of his powers were, but when I dodged out of the way, he slammed into the ground and created some sort of shockwave. Because I threw my kunai at him at that moment, I could not brace myself against getting knocked into the wall - but along the same lines, he was likely too busy attacking to be able to defend himself. And even if he did not die immediately...he would not have been able to survive for long or continue fighting with a kunai in his throat. Perhaps he was angry because he could not do anything to save himself.
I am grateful to you all for trying, but I cannot see how more investigation will help. I was not out for that long, and it must have taken Mr. Gundam quite some time to set up the scene. He must have come across it soon after our battle and seen Beat's corpse. In which case...if there really was a third party, he would have seen them as well.
...We can't stop at this point, May. There's an entire day left. There's still too much to explain for it to come down to something as simple as 'self-defense'!
[Her voice is raised at May for perhaps the first time.]
Rapture raised the possibility of a secret passage earlier - if one exists, we would know for certain that this wasn't a matter of self-defense. Someone would have used the map to access it. We'll investigate the chapel further. There must be more.
Promise me that...if we cannot prove that there had to have been another killer, you will vote for me. Mr. Gundam and Miss Kaoru and Miss Rapture have all worked so hard trying to defend me even though doing so only puts them in more danger. None of them deserve to die simply because I happen to be a child.
Gundam wanted to be executed in your stead. He made that decision in sound mind, as a rational, thinking adult. I would have honored that desire if that's where it had stood.
Y...yes! Susan is right! We mustn't stop, not until the very last moment we are allotted before voting! Please...! Even if it turns out to be fruitless, we need to investigate every possible avenue!

I shall be relying upon you to make him see sense. He shouldn't have tried that stunt in the first place.
