I suppose incapacitating an assailant might be considered performing well, but it doesn't merit a prize. Prizes are only for helping by making mysteries, you know! After all, being a culprit is a much greater risk than being a mere player, so requires much greater rewards!

But yes, it's hardly against the rules to incapacitate someone should you choose, although we will need to release them to allow them to attend the trial.
