It's a holiday. We don't really celebrate it in my country, but this seems like something one of my friends [who Lithuania can't quite remember] would do. Children dress up in costumes and go door to door getting candy there, and sometimes there are costume parties. It's on October 31st. I celebrate something different the day after.
