Sonia and Gundam I feel are the least likely, now that we know of the secret passage being used, and Yuzu lying for Susan seems unlikely as well. Kaoru said Kanaya had left the kitchen for five to ten minutes to get plates, so that gives Kanaya a window of opportunity to murder. Her and Touko are the most likely in my opinion.
